Knowledge, friendly staff and really cutting edge equipment. I have never had an issue with booking, billing, or insurance. The clinic is very clean and the equipment is sterilized between uses. My family and I have seen both Dr Simons and Dr Chin, and they are both fantastic. They are very thorough and take the time to review your scans and explain everything. The technicians and the doctors are also great with kids. My son is neurodivergent with signifigant sensory issues, and has never had any problems during his exams.

This was my first pair of glasses, and I’ll admit I acted a bit dramatic when I picked them up - the nice lady was very patient while I questioned why anyone would want to see like this. She kindly explained I just needed time to adjust, and she was absolutely right. A week later, the difference is incredible. Everything is so sharp and detailed, it’s like seeing in HD for the first time in a long time. They even followed up a week later to make sure I was doing okay with them, which I really appreciated. Excellent service. Many star review. Would recommend sight.
